Funtimes,

As far as I know, nothing transpired yesterday.

The bankruptcy proceedings have been adjourned until Wednesday, June 11, 2008 @ 10am.

funtimes_52, now that Ampex is in bankruptcy court petitioning for reorganization under Chapter 11, my guess is that McKibben will show worse case operating financials for Ampex to the bankruptcy judge. McKibben really has no reason or motivation to produce any significant improvements in operating financials for Ampex or exploiting Ampex's patent portfolio at this time until after Hillside takes possession under its Chapter 11 plan. What do you think will happen after Hillside takes Ampex private, has 80% equity ownership interest and has control of its BOD???

This is why it is so important for bankruptcy judge to appoint an oversight committee with power to replace Ampex's present management, if needed.
