Some analysts are pretty smart at poking the management and looking for subtle hints about the state of the business or what's in the pipeline. No doubt and I'm not throwing all analysts into the same bucket - one thing though I like to figure out is why Goldman sachs was listed as one of the TOP INSTITUTIONAL HOLDERS of NVLS a quarter ago or so - do you think sell side accumulates slowly just to accelerate panic dump - that's what it looks to me.
