I don't know what the big deal is.

All along I've believed that for our enemies, the objective was to destroy America and the West in what ever way possible, including nukes, bio and chemical. I've been under the assumption that the appropriate govt agencies have been watching out for any kind of suspicious activity. Isn't that what the patriot act is for? Isn't that why I have to take my shoes off when I travel by plane? Why I had to get a passport?

We've been talking about this possibility on SI, in our living rooms, with friends ever since 9/11. It's not one way either. I've heard people say things like...........let's turn the ME into glass several times.

I guess the FBI figures we just don't get it and so need to be told about these long standing plans?

I've never had difficulty envisioning what DC would look like after a nuclear event, and I'm sure most, if not all of us realize those who wish us harm have been scheming about how to get us in one of those ways for a long time.

However, it has transpired that far from being a detailed simulation created by terrorist masterminds, the apocalyptic vision is in fact lifted from the computer game Fallout 3, by US game designers Bethesda Softworks.

I thought it looked too professional. I thought, geez, the terrorists must be adding some good graphics pros to team.
