Did he write his article with that mentioned? No kidding there are other factors. As in his factor is likely only a few percent. To ignore the enormous developments in India and China and their impact on tech professionals was laughable. Not only were Indian and Chinese tech professionals in the USA leaving to go home and start ventures, but lots of white boys in the USA were falling over each other to get in on the action as well. They still are BTW. All driven by the rather large pay differential between employing Indian or Chinese tech workers. Not the IRS.

You need to distinguish between logically true, and factually relevant.
