Re: TSO and AAPL ..... I think you are in a good position with TSO. Earlier in the month we saw what looks like a climatic sell off and I am seeing some institutional accumulation in this price range. Buying volume has been very good. Price hasn't risen much to coincide with that buying volume, but we still have some overhead supply coming to market. Demand is absorbing that supply well so far.

I hate anticipating a news event. It puts me in an all or nothing situation. I prefer to wait for confirmation and then take a larger position to make up for waiting as I go with the trend once the news is out.

I don't see anything, one way or the other, that motivates me to do anything with AAPL. Volume is diminishing as others are taking a wait and see attitude as well. I can't help on this one.
