No,, That sell imbalance of 10,000 on ARU was shown yesterday at 3:40.
Obviously not enough buy orders were in the book or the MOC book to prevent a drop in the price. The closing price is the 4:10 price, not the 4:00 price.
These MOC orders and trades are only on stocks that are in indexes and baskets. Little juniors are usually not in this category.

Note that ARU is up 48 cents to 4.70.
They used 4.22 as the closing price, not the $4.30 that it was trading at at the bell.
