Cheers - they have screwed up, screwed themselves, screwed the Republicans and likely have lead the country to a single party landslide. Angy at Bush - and the others in Washington with him - you bet. How - allowed irrational spending, allowed the border to be wide open in absence of a policy and failed to lead on key economic issues - and therefore has opened the door to undefined "change". These are the clear and legitimate issues(imo)to criticize him on. Look at this way - Obama owes his success to Bush! There is a vacuum to fill as opposed to a force.
