I think there is no "right" to clear public streets of demonstrations. You can keep people out of private events, but muzzling people on the public streets in a democracy? I don't think so.

You are mixing up demonstrations on public streets, with interior events. Different animals. Free speech doesn't actually mean you have the right to speak in a quiet space, btw- free speech means the government can't shut people up- it has zero to do with any right to shut the public up so you can speak all on your lonesome. Read the constitution.
