But you don't want to make him throw the entire black community under the truck, imo- that's not way to cure this problem. No, I want him to turn his back on the people who scream and taunt and make the divisions worse through their self-indulgent antics. Then the folks who can genuinely build lasting bridges can get to work.

Imo, he was never black. He is the consummate opportunist. He used the black community to short cut his way to the top. Now he is going to have to deal with it. You talk about Bill Clinton using the race card, but that is nothing like the way Obama has used the race card.
