"I really need to stop while I am ahead but I can't help myself.........what do doughnuts have to do with terrorism and RR?"

Well, since RR was wearing something that didn't really look like a keffiyeh, but if you are trying to invent an anti-Israeli movement should have been, then RR is secretly signaling that she was supporting the Palestinians over the Israelis.

And, unless you support the Israeli government more than actual Israelis, that puts you firmly in the camp of the terrorists.

We see this sort of mental gymnastics(or is it masturbation?) here all the time.

And DD gets dragged in because she was hired as a spokesperson. Now, in my opinion, RR is nowhere close to Alton Brown. Who I revere. But she is far from a threat to our society.

"And one last question.......do you think the wingnuts think about anything besides terrorism and war?"

They have a long list. But nothing else seems to resonate. So that is their focus. Realize they aren't really morons, despite appearances to the contrary. Unlike the Brumar's, most of them really believe in their causes. But, they are willing to fight the battles they can win and put the rest off for some other day. Now the Brumar's think they can lie they way to any goal.

Best to just put them on ignore.

Like with many of the miscalculating in history, they think their opposition is weak. All they have to do is be more brutal and the opposition will fold. The fact that it really has never happened doesn't seem to dissuade them. This time is bound to be different.

The Brumar's tend to confuse civilization with weakness. Despite the fact that civilization always seems to win out. Talk about not being able to learn from experience...
