Little hyperbole on my part.

Point still remains, you and cj portraying North Korea cheating on the Carter deal during Clinton was no big deal, yet when Bush called them on their cheating and exposed their progress, somehow you see a need to show that series of events as worse.

Just what were the North Koreans doing (Albright said cheating) before Bush and what was their goal?
