like the 2000 election.

I wish politicians would learn that what they can do to others can be done to them just as easily. Talk of impeachment for President Bush, whining about the results of the ballot, dirty tricks, etc.

Just as a reminder...

Bush got 47.9% of the popular vote vs Gore's 48.4% in 2000.

This was the catalyst that fueled and grew the hostility.

Bush won 50.7% of the popular vote vs Kerry's 48.3% in 2004 which dampened the animosity a bit.

I agree the possibility exists, if Obama loses by a few points, there could be rioting in the streets.
