Seems foolish and wasteful not to use such talent. You want to see more clips of Pfleger ranting in fora associated with Obama from now until November? Will that help his standing with the independents who will elect him or send him home as a loser? Taking Pfleger under his wing would be pandering to an ill-behaved segment of Obama's base. Those folks aren't going to vote for McCain. Obama can mend fences there later while he focuses on the real priorities for this election, a dozen swing states who will be revolted at the sight and sound of the Pflegers of this world. Why should the screamers matter more than the vast well-behaved majorities all over the country? Pfleger can deal with his anger issues on his own time and turf.
