Stephanie Tubbs Jones could not loose in Cleveland

Lose, lose, lose, lose, lose.

Sorry but we posted about this several times already and it isn't changing.

Now:

he only has to win the left half of the left half

Say what? The left half of the left half is about 10% of the electorate since only around 20% call themselves liberals nowadays. A president has to win 50.x% at a minimum.

How does a leftist party win nearly 30% of the electorate that does not call themselves liberals? They came damn close three times in a row since 1996, and once it was enough to win the presidency, almost twice if a few hundred votes had been different in 2000.

Dismissing the Democrats as loony leftists is hurting the Republican cause badly. All the polls on parties and issues show that they are not shunned as the far left at all.
