Unfortunately for me it isn't at all fattening. Tastes more like chocolate milk and I don't gain weight drinking it.

I once went to a weight gain doctor and he had me drink a 15 oz. can of condensed cream each day. I drank half in the morning at coffee break with cinnamon sprinkled on top and the other for afternoon. Took me five weeks to gain five pounds. Doctor thought it would put at least fifteen pounds on me after that length of time, but didn't so I discontinued drinking it. I don't drink coffee at home any longer, just a cup or two after dinner eating out. Drinking coffee at night has never affected me either, could drink a cup just before bed time and then go right to sleep.

grub - ah hah!! Probably because I was folding clothes and feeding the dogs ---

I don't think Kahlua and Cream is fattening - after a night of drinking it the toilet has never changed size ;)

I do recall once years and years ago coming home from a food and music place in D.C. that I KNEW I had had too much of the healthy ingredient. Not a fun feeling - not worth the enjoyment of it sliding down my throat. Now I hardly drink at all, but there is a bottle of Kahlua in the kitchen - a gift from our son. Maybe Kahlua would be good with prune juice ;)
