We'll see, for all I know the jury is still out.

There may be something about some particular event or some particular circumstance that is up in the air.

The discussion, as I have engaged it, has been about the suppression of free speech by limiting the timing and location of that speech, in general. Earlier there was a suggesting that keeping kids from praying out loud in school was suppression of free speech. I was merely trying to differentiate between limits on and suppression of free speech, the first of which is generally OK and the latter isn't. The jury is not out on that.

There is some commentary out there about particular scenarios and how many police officers can fit in a link of a chain link fence. I don't know anything about that.
