It was the delivery, the anger, the mocking, the meanness, to which I object. And on top of that, his damaging Obama, when he HAD to know this would be the reaction. Perhaps he's getting even for the slight to Wright. Perhaps it's hard to let go of what's buttered your bread for so many years. I agree on all counts. If I had the misfortune to live in a disadvantaged community and that was my only spokesman, I would be really depressed. However activist someone is, that doesn't dismiss the need for basic human decency and respect.
