the black vote is always corrupt, Madison had what 3500 more voters then registared voters. Baltimore inner city had 100% turn out and all going democrat. they can't get anymore voters

remember the indiana primary, all votes were counted except Gary Indiana. Then the black mayor there couldn't handle the ego trip and said our vote will rock the world. Hillary went from 13% up to almost losing. total corruption in the inner cities
