I don't know how you or I could possibly know McCain does not have PTSD. It would be unusual for him not to have it, given what happened to him, but I'm very sure that you don't have the ultimate answer on McCain's mental health. So please don't make statements like that. You can't possibly say "No he does not have PTSD" with any degree of certainty. And of course he couldn't possibly be honest about it (if he has it) because if he was honest and had it he'd be fessing up to a mental illness- a completely understandable mental illness, but a mental illness nevertheless.
