That whole socialist triumvirate, politically cosy as they are with the ultra left groups, in order presumably to spread their mandato, are not very popular with the admin of the USaSD, and insofar as they are keen on keeping greasy resources out of the hands of the imperialismo power mongers, or making them pay a ransom for it, it would appear to have a destabilizing effect on oil supplies/prices in the hemisphere. Vz is the 6 largest oil supplier in the world and largest in the western hemisphere. Being USA's largest oil supplier it is therefore extremely desirable to have good relations with that country. Unfortunately the political cant of Vz makes that very hard. EC<:-}
