"Do you honestly believe anyone actually wants a lose (LOSE) a war?" Yes - the Dem Congress cut the funding for South Vietnam and the Dem Congress wants to stop funding for the Iraq War now. Now - would they say they WANT to lose. Today I would say they simply don't care if they lose. If a drunk driver kills someone - did they want to kill that person. But yes - I firmly believe the Dems wanted to lose in Iraq last spring to avoid the political problem winning will pose this fall. They wanted it off the table before this election.
