When you consider the levels of testosterone coursing through the veins of teenagers, it's no wonder that it's difficult to dissuade them from getting busy.

The idea of Abstinence Only programs is simply ludicrous. Obviously, abstinence should be mentioned in Sex Ed classes, as it was in mine. We were told that abstinence was the only completely foolproof method for preventing pregnancy and STDs. Then we were told about some methods that would work about 99% of the time.
