Very simply put it goes like this.....we don't allow drilling off the Florida or California coasts.. Cuba does allow drilling off it's coast and has invited several nations, not just China as you demogogues would have us believe but also Canada, India, Spain, and yes the good ole USA.... Our oil companies can't do it because we have that stupid embargo in place which Bush endorsed and which McCain has promised to endorse. Obama says he is against it...
