There's been so much smoke about this one, hard to believe there's not some fire.

But to be a knockout blow, I think we will need a tape of Barack saying something racist or Chomskyite himself. His 'cling to God and guns' comment was mild and meant as an explanation not an insult, but it was by far the most damaging to Barack because it rang true to portray a certain attitude, as expressed by the man himself in his native haunts.
