It's hard to think of anything my mother can't do and what she can do she can do better than just about anybody else. She married at 14, had me at 16, never finished high school, has 2 college degrees, was a department head, can cook, sew, draw, paint, type, hammer, screw, nail and kick anybody's ass she wants to. I moved to Colorado immediately after high school.

But that's another story. :)

Speaking of cooking, I have always been the chief cook in my house. My English wife was a terrible cook, hated the kitchen. She never, not once, prepared a holiday meal. Fortunately, I love cooking and did a lot of it. I even cooked outside all through the winter as we had a covered patio. If the wind wasn't blowing too hard, I cooked outside several times a week. Now that I've been alone for 13+ years, I don't enjoy it that much anymore. Seems like I eat a lot of frozen prepared meals these days.
