It will take a while but the effects will be felt by the BRICs that so far nhave ran ahead of the OECD countries doing sensible economic policies so you are counting on massive tax reductions ? ... gee I hope that you are right and more so hope to live to see it :O) The Black Swan edit.. the money doesn't go where it belongs... take Toronto.. we have crap transit and the mayor is insisting on continuing his 'waterfront renewal dream' ... great for those that can afford luxury / expensive downtown condos... not joe blow...
