Fine but they are closing pools claiming no money as one example... it's a bad priority. The theater district was a much better tourist draw. His policies will lead to a nice tourist oasis at the expense of services to citizens.. The same mayor that pulled that scam trick closing community centres on Mondays and then reopened them after public outcry knowing full well the delay would effectively cancel a ton of fall programmes... 4 new subway stations in 20+ years in a wealthy area ... why doesn't that go out to Malvern ? Sorry but it's just wrong headed..

The Black Swan

Edit.. Seeker... The loonie is the tourist problem... Americans don't want Canadian culture at par... too similar the part they see.. if there is no discount coupon they aren't interested... the proof is out there..
