Can I agree and disagree? <lol>

Yes, I would assume the bank feels good about dex and/or lbwr to give out a single cent, so my assumption is that the banks did their DD and felt fine giving them revolving credit.

The only reason I say 'disagree'...well....I dont think it is a big shock to anyone that the banks have gotten themselves in to a mess.....They went crazy giving credit/loans to anybody that applied...I mean heck, they were even targeting people with bankruptcies and poor credit because they knew they could get new customers at a far higher rate of interest...what they failed to realize is you are NUTS to loan a cent to somebody with a history of bankrputcy and poor credit......

So, I do agree and assume that the banks did thorough dd before agreeing to anything with dex or lbwr and liked what they saw......but at the same time, the banks have been fumbling their footballs for years now...so much so that I sometimes question if these banks (none specific..just banking in general) have real people or monkeys running the ship ;>)
