LIAR. Name one thing Reagan did to end the Cold War. I have already explained that any America president at that time would have presided over the downfall of the Soviet Union because the forces were well underway before Reagan came aboard. But it was really not anyone in the US at all who ended the Cold War or knocked down the USSR. It was 75% from within and 20% from Europe. I'd give Carter and Reagan 5% credit. Oh yeah, also the Bin Laden types in Afghanistan and Charlie Wilson deserve some credit.
