That's a huge ratings cut, way more than the MER and LEH cuts from A+ to A, yet MS down less than 3 percent, same as MER, while LEH took an 8 percent dump. I guess the LEH rumors are still lingering.

Interesting trade at EOD, looks like over 3 million shares went through in the last minute. Anybody have the details? I tried the SI trade data, but it's too far back.
