If "Go sex ed yourself." had been meant as a joke with a smiley face, maybe....but "Yeah, I can see where telling someone like you to get educated would be seen as an attack." is a personal slur, made after BP mentioned that personal attacks were out of bounds.

Snide, condescending insults have no place here. BP made an effort to explain his family circumstances and contrast it with others. You chipped in yesterday with long descriptions of how you raised your kids.

That was all good chat. Bashing someone for having a POV on parenting is over the line.

Though I usually stay out of these things, I gotta admit I read the mom comment as a snide remark also, and thought both parties contributed and needed a cool down warning.
In fact, that's what I thought Dale meant. DIdn't realize til your post that he'd been banned.
