you assume gov health care will continue to be creative and improve services at reasonable costs.. if this was the case why is public health care in other countries so restricted. why does ca. women with pre mature babies come to the united states for care? look to eu/ca.. they do not buy the latest life saving equipment unless it is cost reduction to the total program. careful giving up private insurance and your right to buy what you want and go to the doctors or hospitals you want.
