What's that? I don't see the part where you said the Republicans not decreasing demand through strength on conservation was also helping the Russians.

See? This is an example of what I was talking about in my earlier post.

In any case, if demand from China and India is really as much bigger as it's supposed to be, it seems like the Russians would be getting pretty good prices anyway.

I do note, however, that I have not seen any figures that show demand from China and India being bigger than it was just a couple of years ago by anything approaching the percentage that prices have risen. Why is that, do you think?
