Yes, I think that's been suggested that Putin is using Reagan's energy plan against the 'ol USA. tit for tat and all that. You'd think we'd know better. next year or so when Mexico goes over to the other side and becomes a net importer rather than an exporter I wonder what the thought process in el norte will be? i read that 37% of mexicans earn $2/day or less. With subsidized diesel they've been barely coping. i can see a total breakdown in del sur just over the horizon. better get that fence up quick! Maybe all that desert training in Iraq will come in handy on the home front.
