No real chance he'll back it with action. The primary qualification for being either FED Chairman or Treasury Secretary in this administration is to be able to state the commandment, "I believe in a strong US dollar policy" with a straight face. No actions are required, just make the statement over and over.

Nothing good today for stocks or commodities. Bonds were solid though. Big cash positions are the only thing working right now. I'm kind of shocked to see the market acting so poorly with such a massive decline in oil prices.
