While I can't address what you're referring to, it is a documented fact that Iran provided [not just a little] funding for training camps in Sudan, as well as for activities around the Horn of Africa. Of course, they ask for links, you provide links, and then the links are nutcases. In fact, no matter what proof is delivered, it will not be enough because you simply cannot prove something to someone who has a dogmatic reaction to it. If one cannot open his mind to the possibility he may be wrong, I don't know how you can ever prove anything to him.
