that we have choices with iran. We dont want those al queda folks released. Iran knows this. They want to talk to us just as the north koreans have. Sure they are cretans but they are better than al quaeda and we need a little of the enemy of my enemy is my friend with iran. Look at whats going on. Israel and Syria talking with help of Turkey. Hizbolla strikes a deal with lebanon with quatars help. Egypt mediating between israel and hamas. Are these all coincidences? Perhaps. I would rather view the glass as half full and proceed as if we can do with iran that what we are doing with NK and what we did with Libya.
