I understand the two colonies in Utah and Arizona (really one community divided by the state line) practice massive welfare fraud and fraud on the local school system. OTOH supposedly the TX community hasn't started that yet. I suspect they will in time. They are new here and will follow the mother colony's practice in time. They picked one of the sparsest populated counties in TX probably hoping to build up their population and take control of the local county and school system eventually like they've done in UT.
