This has been bouncing around the echo chamber for several weeks. But who has the "shoe"? If it's the Clintons, they would have dropped it before North Carolina and Indiana. If it's the Republicans, they would drop it just before or after the Dem convention. So it doesn't add up. Unless there is no shoe, just a big rumor mill started by the Clintons in their desperation. Then it makes sense.
