McCain has a fighting chance if he can get Obama to provide more specifics. Saying he's not "McSame" as he tried to do today isn't going to work.

Unfortunately, I believe much of the American public is like the liberals on this thread; i.e., don't have the good sense to realize when they're on the receiving end of a first rate sales job for a low-rent product.

It is pretty sad to think that we could end up with Obama as president -- a man who has literally NO significant experience to qualify him for the job. None, whatsoever.

OTOH, the conservatives could have had a speaker who is as good as Obama (Huckabee) who also had applicable experience and competence -- and the social conservatives couldn't stomach it -- so they may well get what they asked for.

If he is elected, these idiots are going to understand the meaning of "making us less safe" and I am concerned it will come at a very high price in American lives.

If you listened to his speech tonight, it sounded great, but the content was totally incompetent from a national security perspective.
