Those were the days...20 minutes home to Kai Tak. And I lived on Kennedy Rd. Easiest place on the planet to move around.

Air quality in kowloon is not too good since population has been booming in HK. Plus the gangs are rampant in kowloon city near Kai Tak. You can easily see cops around those one floor one area frequently. I have to re-think about its potential.
