Cadan's T'Boli Assays Return High Gold and Silver Values
Wed Jun 4, 9:15 AM

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 4, 2008) - Highlights: 58 g/t Gold & 159 g/t Silver and 61 g/t Gold & 35 g/t Silver

32.44 g/t Gold & 182.45 g/t Silver and 17.30 g/t Gold & 190.14 g/t Silver

CADAN RESOURCES CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE: CNF.V) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the results from ongoing underground vein sampling at the T'Boli epithermal gold silver deposit. NI 43-101 Inferred Mineral Resource (2.4Mt @ 5.5g/t gold and 21 g/t silver) for some 420,000 ounces of gold and 1,600,000 ounces of silver.

The veins, ranging in widths from 40 cm to 150 cm, are all located within an area of the northern vein system now identified for near term bulk testing to determine gold and silver grades as part of a possible larger underground resource. In addition, the walls were assayed as part of the potential bulk mining analysis from this large, multiple vein system. Sampling of the multiple veins and walls in this area continues.

Samples were assayed by Ostrea Laboratories Inc, based in Manila, Philippines. Gold was analyzed by fire assay technique and silver by flame AAS technique.

Cadan operates the T'Boli gold silver project through affiliate company TMC Tribal Mining Corporation, headed by its President, Edgar D. Martinez, a mining engineer.

Martinez said that some 7,000m of diamond drilling and other exploration including surveying and systematic sampling of underground openings, was undertaken in the mid 1990s.

In the compilation of this resource, comparative grade problems existed between drilling results and underground face samples. Thus a conservative approach was used in allocating the resource grades, pending the resolution of this problem. The results of this bulk testing will provide an authoritative grade for the deposit and, based on results of this bulk testing, a possible upgrade in gold and silver grades is expected.

Cadan, subject to all regulatory approvals, intends to commence underground exploration development, including an initial 400m of exploration development driving along the defined lode channels. Additional equipment is being sourced and operating costs are being completed.

Four other known gold silver targets exist within 1km of the T'Boli gold silver resource. These targets are unexplored and have the potential to provide multiples of the defined resource.

The gold to silver ratios of the T'Boli epithermal system are one gold to 50 silver in the shallow mineralization. At depth the rations are one gold to one silver with increasing vein widths. The implications are for a larger gold only deposit at depth.

The T'Boli deposit is unexplored below RL400m where a diamond drill hole TD 6 returned 10m @ 3.3 g/t gold (including 5m @ 6 g/t gold). Above this hole, at RL500m, hole TD 8 returned 12m @ 7.1 g/t gold (including 4m @ 18.7 g/t gold). (See figure one).

T'Boli Copper Target - Update

In a news release dated Monday May 25, 2008, Cadan announced a copper soil and coincident magnetic anomaly that covered an area of 1,000m x 1,000m. The soil samples returned up to 190ppm copper while background values ranged from 10 to 20ppm copper.

To date, two geophysical survey lines, for 3.6 line kms, have been completed, of a total of 16 lines.
