This is a "big deal", even though the underlying crude oil contract is still trading above 120. [Harry: Like gold there is a disconnect between the spot price of the commodity and unlying stocks. Essentially traders are saying the don't believe the price of the commodity will stay are current levels for an extended period of time.]
