I'm not sure you get this.

But knowing what the framers meant isn't difficult; there is plenty of documentation around. One just has to apply good sense to the interpretation.

For example, the Federalist Papers are a great resource -- but you have to apply text literally to the intended context. You can't take pieces out of context, as you did, then try to apply them to some unrelated or fringe-related subject (again, as you did).
