Yeah, I find it silly. Even if I'd thought Ayers was a big bad terrorist in the '70s, I'd still find it silly.

But my aim in getting involved in this particular conversation wasn't to defend Obama. I kinda thought that Ayers was something worse than turned out to be when I looked him up, and thought it worth pointing out.
