Yes, I thought that would get a rise out of you. I don't want to bore the rest of the board with more of this, but read the article. Haraldo Lima is talking about revising the surcharges applied to production from private sector companies to increase state revenues - by presidential decree.

So you say "all existing contracts will be respected", huh?
