True. But, even when such events are deemed "common" they still are rare.

And, no, that doesn't mean they should be ignored. As the British demonstrated in Northern Ireland, putting boots on the ground, bristling with weapons doesn't really stop things. Doing good police work and jailing them does.

Nope its both. You cant conduct business with bombs going off in the financial center for example. I see your point--I will never get why the left doesnt understand the immediate threat.
