Hi Vi,

We have outsourced the low tech highly punitive to the environment jobs.

There is a wave of creative destruction that will replce these old tech jobs.

Cars as we know them will more and more quit using petroleum.

As a huge unmet infrastructure is built -the transition will accelerate.

The technology is at hand.

Just this week GM authorized the Chevy Volt as a go.This car runs 40 miles on zero petroleum. It is a plug in.If you need to go longer it has an auxilary gas engine that drive an electrical generator. When using the initial charge plus the generator it will go 150 miles on one gallon of gas.

That is about 1/5 the current oil consumption of the old existing best technology.

We are entering an alternative energy revolution. We've used up the old tech and it is no longer cheap.

Global growth will now dominate the use of old tech as we evolve into clean efficient transportation vehicles.

It will spur not only an technology manufacturing revolution but also an infrastructure revolution.Japan and Europe will be right along with us.

European governments will have a problem as their socialized medicene has been funded by energy taxes. They of course can charge the same tax on the electricity used, but that really impacts the old and poor.

Their foresight has put them on a faster track to have solar and wind - they'll need it - much like we will.

It is a great story and very few realize just how very close we are to this being a current reality.

Bob
