Samsung's vigorous defense that supports Intel's position that they don't engage in this type of illegal conduct.

"The commission said that Intel provided rebates to Samsung Electronics Co. and other South Korean computer makers to not use central processing units, or CPUs, manufactured by AMD, Intel's main competitor.

Samsung spokesman Lee Soo-jeong said the company had no comment."

Gee... You mean Intel only gave rebates for Intel processors?


Can't you read? What part of "had to purchase Intel's [cpus] instead of ones made by [AMD]" don't you understand?
