Thanks for that DD & answer to one of my questions. One significant piece of the puzzle. Seems like pipe project may be in limbo. It appeared as though the LACC technology could thread pipe from the very beginning as represented in the web site videos. So why more patents?
If the patent office does not have applications, then there is some explanation forth coming from ACII regarding March 19th Press Release.

They may have still filed a patent application since an application is not published by the Patent Office until 18 months after it is filed. Unless of course the Patent office grants it before the 18 months are up in which case it would be published at the time it is granted. This is rate since it usually takes several years to get a patent approved.
